• Photographer & Videographer

  VIETNAM: Photographer & Videographer in Vietnam We are seeking a talented Photographer & Videographer to join our team in Vietnam. While English fluency is not a strict requirement for this role, it is advantageous to have some understanding of the language. The key requirement is that you are comfortable with written English, as communication with our team primarily occurs via email, chat, and online meetings.
  This position focuses solely on the Vietnamese market, where you'll collaborate with our local clients to produce exceptional visual content. If you’re passionate about photography and videography, and excited about working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
  
  SWEDEN: Photographer & Videographer in Sweden

  Primary duties will include:
  *Edit footage and photos per industry standards in a timely manner
  *Manage and catalog client videos and photos on Modelius cloud and our Pixieset per company standard
  *Develop a strong understanding of each client’s brand in order to accurately visually represent the client via photo and video
  *Execute photo and short-form video shoots as needed to support client scope
  *Work collaboratively with the Creative, Social and PR teams
  *Support in the execution and development of the agency’s clients’ social media strategies through visual storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and any other relevant social media platforms
  *Assist in Creative brainstorming and Social strategy for clients
  *Maintain, manage and inventory photography and video equipment
  *Demonstrate a strong understanding of pre- and post-production techniques for both photo and video
  *Participate in client communication to ensure efficient and professional execution of photo and video shoots
  *Support the Social team with shotlist creation, conceptualization and execution
  *Open to local travel, including some evenings and weekends as needed for events, to capture social media content on-site at client establishments
  
  Your Skills:
  *Significant experience working in a creative environment
  *Excellent and proven range of photographic, videography and post production skills
  *Competent with natural light, off camera strobe and on camera flash photography
  *Creative thinking with an excellent attention to detail
  *Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  *Strong visual storytelling ability
  *Ability to multitask with various teams on multiple projects simultaneously
  *Self starter willing to take initiative
  *Ability to assess and execute creative guidelines for specific brands
  *Avid user of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
  *Well-organized, able to work within deadlines
  *Knowledge of adding audio, music, computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage as needed
  *Proficiency with photo and video editing software (Adobe Suite, Lightroom Classic, Premiere Pro, Movie Maker, and Final Cut etc.)

  For the Vietnam-based Role: English fluency is not required, but having a basic understanding of English is beneficial as communication primarily occurs via email, chat, and online meetings. Your focus will be on working with our Vietnamese clients to deliver exceptional fashion and styling services.
  For the Sweden-based Role: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential as you'll be communicating across the EU and occasionally Asia.

  *Research & Insights: Conduct market research and provide insights into successful competitor and brand collaborations.
  
  Your Skills:
  *Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in fashion and styling, with a deep understanding of current trends and a strong sense of style.
  *Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience in the fashion industry or styling.
  *Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with smartphone apps and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  *Engaged: Active in fashion blogs, e-magazines, and websites, with a broad interest in clothing, accessories, and trendy styles.
  *Customer-Focused: Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  *Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
